1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation of your order under the following conditions:
a. Before Shipment
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

b. After Shipment
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may apply for a return after delivery if the product meets our return criteria.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel an order, provide:
Order ID
Registered name/phone
Reason for cancellation
Our team will verify and confirm your cancellation request within 24 hours.
3. Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders
Once the cancellation is approved:
UPI/Wallet Refunds → 24–48 hours
Bank Transfers / Net Banking → 3–5 business days
Credit/Debit Cards → 5–7 business days
COD Orders → Refund will be issued via bank transfer
4. Automatic Cancellation by Sparkmart
Sparkmart reserves the right to cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock
The order is flagged as fraud or suspicious
The customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address
The payment is not received or fails
There are unforeseen logistics issues
In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.
5. Modification of Orders
We do not support modifying:

Address
Quantity
Payment method
after an order is processed or shipped.
You may cancel (before shipping) and place a new order if needed.
6. Orders with Offers or Discounts
In case of cancellation:
Promo codes, discounts, or offers used during the purchase will not be reinstated.
Cashback or reward points may be revoked.
